The procedure in this office was very agreeable enough for me. I did not receive pain medication for this procedure. I was very glad that Dr. Locke allowed me to drive myself home. Driving was no problem for me. My knees were very swollen and stiff the morning after the procedures. If I had a walker at home, I would have used it. My right knee remained swollen for 4-5 weeks. My left knee was swollen and stiff for 9 weeks. Both knees hurt a fair amount, when I moved around, for a month. The pain was enough to impede and limit my walking and exercising. After the swelling subsided I felt fine. I am glad I did the procedure! I am glad Dr. Locke targeted the E.C.M. in the lower kneecap area of my right knee. I have made a point of not aggravating or stressing that area of my knee. I have not taken any anti-inflammatory. I am now doing a fair amount of walking and exercising. I think I will have a good outcome!

I was surprised at how quickly the procedure was. I was able to walk with no pain, except for some minor stomach pains. I was able to move my leg and knee without pain! I was extremely excited to be able to move my legs with no pain. This is amazing! Will be sure to come back and have my left knee done when the time comes.

I am pleased with my knee (the right one) as thus far the pain and pulling are pretty much gone. I am beginning to trust the other knee again, that its not going to suddenly buckle on me. I am hoping to try out pool walking again next week.
